    Waiver of Premium Plus (Linked) Rider 


    The Tata AIA Life Insurance Waiver of Premium Plus (Linked) Rider is an optional premium paying rider, which ensures that insurance benefits under the plan continue to remain in place even if you are unable to pay the premiums owing to total and permanent disability, or death of the proposer.

    Key Rider Benefits

    • The coverage offered by this linked individual insurance rider is equal to the Premium Payment Term (PPT) of the base plan.
    • The benefits offered by this rider are designed for the proposer of the base plan.
    • In case of the death of the proposer, or in case the proposer suffers from total and permanent disability due to an accident or any sickness, and, as a result, is unable to pay the premiums on time, then all future premiums for the base plan will be waived off.

    • The deduction of the charges for the Waiver Of Premium Plus (Linked) Rider will also cease throughout the rest of the Premium Paying Term (PPT) of the base plan or till the proposer attains age of 70, whichever is earlier.

    • Premiums paid under this rider are eligible for tax benefits as per applicable tax laws.

    • The Tata AIA Life Insurance Waiver of Premium Plus (Linked) Rider is available with Tata AIA Life Insurance Fortune Pro Plan, Tata AIA Life Insurance Wealth Pro Plan, Tata AIA Life Insurance Wealth Maxima Plan and Tata AIA Life Insurance Fortune Maxima Plan.
