What is Tata AIA Vitality Wellness Program?


A holistic wellness program that helps you understand and improve your health with benefits of premium discounts under the insurance product  

The Tata AIA Vitality App is your partner in your journey towards holistic wellbeing. It helps learn about your health through the various assessments and health checks thus improving your physical activity through motivational challenges. Earn points for all the activities you do and enjoy benefits like premium discount.

How does it work?


Wellness Program provides the tools and support you need to improve your health and mental wellbeing by encouraging you to do relevant health checks, move more, eat well and motivation along the way.

This comprehensive wellness program comes with select Tata AIA Life Insurance policies. Please note that you can opt for Wellness Program only at the time of purchase of the policy.

You can earn upto 15,900 points through the assessments and health check annually.

Improve Your Health

 

Participate and track your physical activities by linking your fitness device/app to the Tata AIA Vitality App. It motivates you to achieve your fitness goals through challenges and you earn points along the way.

*Age-related maximum heart rate = 220 – Current Age

For 10,000+ Steps the corresponding Heart Rate challenge shall be either 30 minutes of physical activity at >=70% of age-related maximum heart rate or 60 minutes of physical activity at >=60% of age-related maximum heart rate*

Get Rewarded
 

Opting for wellness program provides you 10% upfront discount on your first year premium. You start at Bronze status with zero points. Earn points through the various activities in the ‘Know your health’ and ‘Improve your health’ sections and move up the ladder to Platinum status.
