Tata AIA Life Insurance Company, therefore, dedicates 2% of the average net profits made during the three preceding financial years for fuelling undertakings that are relevant to the communities of our ecosystem.

Our Corporate Social Responsibility programmes focus mainly on the disadvantaged communities in the country. Tata AIA Life Insurance Company supports the following thematic areas through its CSR initiatives.

Programme for Aspiring & Resilient Students for Academic Success (PARAS) with Buddy for Study

Through its flagship initiative called PARAS, the company has given educational scholarships to meritorious students from economically backward sections of the society. The scholarship includes financial aid for professional courses like graduation, post-graduation, and post graduate diploma in the fields of Commerce, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Banking, Insurance, Management, Data Science, Statistics, Risk Management, B. Com, B.Sc., BBA, BBI, BA, etc. During the financial year 2026-2027, the company continues to support the scholarship programme along with a special category of scholarships for LGBTQ+ and persons with disabilities.

Support Establishment and Operation of Computer Learning Centres

Through our partner CKS Foundation, the company has extended its outreach to the remotest locations in Uttarakhand’s Rudraprayag district for setting up computer learning centres in Bhanaj, Chandranagar, Kyunja and Chopta.

Supporting Cochlear Implant Surgeries

Funding cochlear implant surgeries for children from economically weaker sections of society suffering from hearing loss in partnership with i hear foundation.

Environmental Sustainability, Water Conservation & Groundwater Recharge, Natural Resource Management

Assam & Tripura:

The Integrated Community Managed Spring shed Management Program aims to address spring drying, groundwater decline, and seasonal water scarcity in hilly and tribal regions of Assam (Dima Hasao district) and Tripura (Dhalai and North Tripura district). The programme uses science-led hydrogeological interventions and community water governance to restore springs, enhance recharge, and improve long‑term rural water security.

Rajasthan:

The programme aims to restore water security in 4 villages of Sirohi District (Abu Road block) through community‑led groundwater management. It addresses severe groundwater depletion and seasonal scarcity by implementing scientific water recharge interventions, village‑level water budgeting, and strengthening community institutions to ensure sustainable and climate‑resilient water access.
