    Key Benefits of Tata AIA VitaHealth

    • Enhanced Life Protection

      In the event of a total and Partial Permanent disability caused by an accident and / or death due to an accident you will receive a lump-sum benefit payout to cover to cover essential expenses and maintain your quality of life.

    • Terminal Illness with Term Booster

      The insured amount under this option is payable in the event of diagnosis of Terminal Illness or death (whichever happens first) of the life insured, the benefit amount is paid depending on the payout option chosen.

    • SurgiCash Benefit

      Provides fixed payouts on undergoing any of the surgeries covered under the rider. In addition, it provides payouts for unlimited Day Care surgeries such as cataracts, dental treatment, etc.

    • HospiCash Benefit

      Provides fixed amount benefit per day ranging from Rs. 500/- as chosen by you.

      a. ICU Benefit: Provides double benefit (2x) of HospiCash per day benefit in case of ICU hospitalization.

      b. Recuperation Benefit: Extra 5% of HospiCash sum assured is paid out in case of continuous hospitalization for at least 7 days.

    • CritiCash

      Provides payout on diagnosing of any of the 57 critical illnesses covered under the policy. The multistage payouts cover Minor, Major, and Catastrophic conditions.

    • Return of Balance premiums

    What are the benefits of opting for the Tata AIA Vitality Wellness3 Program?

    The life Assured(s) of Tata AIA Vitality Protect Advance who are eligible for Health Management Services may avail Second Opinion / Personal Medical Case Management / Medical Consultation services from service provider(s) affiliated to/registered with the Tata AIA Life Insurance Co. Ltd. The services are expected to assist the life Assured(s) to ascertain correct diagnosis of a medical condition and obtain due care for the life Assured(s) in case of illness. 

    These services are subject to: 

    • the availability of suitable service provider(s)
    • primary diagnosis has been done by a registered medical practitioner as may be authorized by a competent statutory authority.
    • Health Management Service is available to be utilized throughout the policy term, subject to prevailing eligibility conditions.
    • the eligibility of the life Assured(s) as may be determined by Board Approved Underwriting Policy which will be reviewed periodically and updated on our website. The changes shall apply without any discrimination to all existing and new customers of the product.  
    • Policyholders can check their eligibility by visiting our website or contacting the Call Centre.
    • Whenever the eligibility criteria changes or the service is withdrawn, the same shall be communicated to all the policyholders. Prior to effecting any changes, we shall inform the same to IRDAI.

    Is there an additional cost for adding riders to the Tata AIA VitaHealth?

    Yes, adding one or more riders to your policy will incur a nominal premium charge. However, the inclusion of a rider will offer added coverage to you and secure you against a range of health conditions.

    Can I add my family members under Tata AIA VitaHealth?

    Yes, you can add your family members i.e., spouse and children under Tata AIA VitaHealth

    What are the premium payment modes available under this product?

    The premium payment modes under the product are – Single, Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly and Annual.

    • ~On enrolling into the Wellness Program, you get an upfront discount of 5% on 1st year premium for Accidental Death, Accidental Total & Permanent Disability, Accidental Disability Care Benefits and of 10% on 1st year premium for Term Booster, CritiCare Plus, Accelerated CritiCare, Multistage CritiCare, Cancer Care, Cardiac Care. The rewards are offered on cumulative basis and in any year, the maximum rewards in view of both the Up-front Rewards and Annual Rewards Flex together shall be 15% for Accidental Death, Accidental Total & Permanent Disability, Accidental Disability Care and 30% for all other benefit options. Discount is driven by accumulated points which is achieved through wellness status. Please refer policy document for more details.
