2.What are the plan options offered under OPD assure?
TATA AIA OPD assure (UIN XXXXXXX–A Group Non-Linked, Non-Participating Health Rider) is an outpatient department service which can provide you with the following benefits as per your chosen plan:
1. Group OPD Prime
2. Group OPD Elite
3. Group OPD Royal

2.Do I get any tax benefits with this plan?
Yes! You can save tax up to ₹46,800⁸ and avail tax benefits as per the applicable income tax laws. The premiums paid will qualify for tax benefits under section 80C of the income tax act.

3.What is the waiting period for availing OPD services?
There is a waiting period of 30 days from Policy Issuance, applicable for all benefits under TATA AIA OPD assure.

4.Who can be covered under this rider?
Besides yourself, you can cover your spouse, up to 3 children and both parent and parent in-laws under the policy subject to eligibility conditions.

5.Are these services available on cashless and reimbursement basis?
Yes. These benefits are available on cashless basis as well as non-cashless basis; however reimbursement is allowed only if the vendor network is not available within a defined range of 5kms from customer’s location.

6.Where can I check OPD network?
You can check OPD network on-Tata AIA Consumer portal > Health and Wellness Services > OPD > Click on respective benefit for network details.

7.Can I avail OPD services outside India?
No. OPD services can be availed only in India and through an Indian mobile no. only.
