Global research has also helped in establishing a direct linkage between employee engagement, customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
At Tata AIA Life Insurance, we also offer a rewards system that encompasses all the facets of an employee’s life, and drives value. Recognizing the significance of employee engagement, TALIC had designed and launched two employee engagement initiatives in 2012, namely 'Full on Fun' and 'YOU' (Year of You), with the idea to build an energized and vibrant workforce. With success and learning, the initiatives were enhanced, and were relaunched the following year as 'Full on Fun Series II' and 'YOU Plus'.

We understand the value of employee engagement, and to keep them energized and escape the monotony. Through our fun activities, we promote employee involvement and engagement, along with fun at the workplace. Our fun activities include Wacky Wednesdays, Annual Day Celebrations, Annual Sports Day, WOW! (World of Work), Reach for the Stars, Festival Celebrations, Poetry Competition, Friendship Day and World Health Day, among others.
Through these activities, we keep our employees fresh, focused and invigorated.
Corporate events at TALIC promote employee appreciation, and motivation at the workplace. These events include Women’s Day Celebrations, Annual Day Celebrations, Monthly Appreciations, and Employee Green Day among others.
The idea behind this initiative is to engage our employees, motivate them, and imbue a sense of responsibility.
