The Tata AIA Comprehensive Health Rider allows you to opt for the Return of Balance Premium (ROP)*, which will be paid out to you at the end of the benefit option term. You can opt for this feature with any benefit options under the rider. The ROP should be selected during the inception of the rider and cannot be changed later on. With Return of Premium*, you can receive the total of all premiums paid towards the selected benefit option. This will be calculated after any claim amount has been paid out and other taxes have been excluded. However, the benefit option can only pay out the balance premiums if it is still active and has not been terminated.
