The Tata AIA Vitality Health Plus offers coverage against a range of risks. You may opt for coverage against one or more risks as per your needs by choosing from the following Benefit Options.
HospiCare
Pays fixed amount on Hospitalization and on ICU admission. Additional Recuperation benefit in case of hospitalization for 7 or more days
Accidental Disability Care
- Covers both Permanent Total or Permanent Partial Disability due to an accident
- Double Benefit payable in case of accident under specified circumstances e.g. accident while travelling in public transport like bus, tram or train)
- Multiple claims allowed in case of partial disability
Multistage CritiCare
39 Critical Illness covered including minor stage illness
Cancer Care
Covers early as well as late-stage cancers
Cardiac Care
Covers 14 minor as well as 8 major heart related ailments

Return of Balance Premium
The rider~ also offers Return of Balance Premium option where the ‘Total Premiums Paid’ (excluding loading for modal premiums) towards the respective Benefit Option, less any claim amount already paid out under the respective Option and any premium discounts availed under the wellness program such as premium discounts or premium cashback.

For instance, with the HospiCare Benefit, you can be covered for Hospitalization Expenses and ICU expenses whereas Cancer Care benefit covers you against early as well as late-stage Cancers

Yes, the Wellness Program – Tata AIA Vitality is an optional benefit that you can choose at no additional cost or premium when adding the rider to your base plan. In fact, you get an upfront discount on your 1st year rider premium on enrolling into the Wellness Program. The rewards are offered on cumulative basis and in any year, the maximum rewards in view of both the Up-front Rewards and Annual Rewards Flex together shall be 15% for Accidental Death, Accidental Total & Permanent Disability, Accidental Disability Care and 30% for all other benefit options.
