R.I.S.E. (Management Trainee Program)
Rakshakarta in Steering Excellence (RISE) is our structured management trainee program, designed to hire and nurture fresh talent from premier management institutes to create a future leadership pipeline for Tata AIA Life Insurance.

- Best in class on-boarding experience (Swagatam/ESwagatam)
We have the best-in-class on-boarding experience, aptly titled “Swagatam”. Our practice of employee on-boarding is a key differentiator of our Employee Value Proposition, aimed at creating belongingness, and to retain talent for the organization to support the organizational vision.
- Functional orientations and product trainings
Post “Swagatam”, management trainees go through 15 days of classroom training on products, various business models, meeting senior leaders, and briefings from the respective Centre of Excellence and Tata veterans to inculcate the Tata culture . They are guided by our ExCo members and supported by the Master Mentor, Sales & Support mentors throughout their 1st year journey with Tata AIA Life Insurance , followed by the graduation ceremony.
